Hello, my name is Ereka and I have a passion for all things health and wellness. I have always loved learning about new foods and how they affect the body. As a wife and mom to two kids, nutrition and health is as important as ever to me. I have a Bachelors degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition, and a Masters in Public Administration. Throughout my career I have worked in many settings, ranging from hospitals to school classrooms and all age groups preschool to geriatric. My desire is to help individuals make easy life changes that will transform and elevate their entire well-being and lifestyle. Let me help you bring out the best version of yourself!
